Social worker, psychotherapist (MSW)
I am a bilingual queer social worker and psychotherapist who has worked with 2slgbtqia+ people, migrants and survivors of violence for 14 years at Tiohtià:ke (Montreal). I have supported people with questions about gender and sexuality, coming out, transitioning (I offer assessments for surgeries), relationship difficulties, polyamory, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions and bereavement. My approach is intersectional, anti-racist, trauma-informed and harm-reduction-based.
With intentional curiosity, I’ll strive to meet you where you’re at. We’ll explore what’s on your mind and on your heart, what growth and recovery mean to you, and the steps you’d like to take to change. Accepting your emotions or changing your relationship patterns – you decide where to go.
I know that finding a therapist can be intimidating, so please drop me a line if you have any questions. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss what you’re looking for and what I can offer.
